Built in 1982, the Fächerbad Karlsruhe offers a unique combination of sport, relaxation and family friendliness.
Bathing world
The spacious bathing area comprises six different pools, including a 50-metre sports pool, a multi-purpose pool for non-swimmers, a convertible pool, a diving pool and a toddlers' pool. Both professional and recreational swimmers get their money's worth here.
Sauna world
Straight into the sauna after swimming? Either in our textile sauna or in the separate sauna world of the Fächerbad with 8 saunas and steam baths, from 30 to 95 degrees, there is the perfect temperature for everyone.

* The family ticket is valid for one or two adults with up to three children of the same family (legal guardian, own child(ren)) under the age of 18. This card is also valid for grandparents and grandchildren or parent-child-grandchild). Families with 4 or more children see next section.

- Additional payment per 1/2 hour or part thereof: € 0.50 (up to max. day ticket)
- Sauna and textile sauna can be booked at additional cost.
- In principle, tariffs are not discounted twice.

Bathrobes and towels for hire
Bathrobes can be hired for €10.00 (plus €35.00 deposit) and bath towels for €8.00 (plus €12.00 deposit).
Reduced admission

Birthday children up to their 17th birthday
Guests up to their 17th birthday receive free admission to the adventure pool on their birthday on presentation of an ID card. The sauna can be booked at an additional charge.
Accompanying persons of people with disabilities
Accompanying persons of people with disabilities, regardless of the degree of disability, are admitted free of charge if "B" or "H" is not crossed out on their ID. The accompanying person must be at least 18 years old and must not be disabled themselves.

Families with 4 or more children
The family ticket is valid for one or 2 adults with up to 3 children (under 18). Families with 4 or more children (under the age of 18) can use the family ticket on presentation of their family pass / family record book at the ticket office. Alternatively, copies of the birth certificates from the family register can be sent to info@ka-baeder.de approx. 2 weeks before the visit to obtain authorisation to use the family card.
The state family pass can be applied for at the responsible city or municipal administration.
Please note that requests are only processed from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 3 pm.

The Orchidee massage practice in the Fächerbad Karlsruhe offers various massages and wellness treatments aimed at harmonising body, mind and soul.
Bath shop
The bathing shop at the reception of the Fächerbad offers many useful items for bathing and sauna visits. The Karlsruher Bäder voucher is also available here.
Gastronomy
The catering in the sauna and bathing area offers something for every taste after a sauna or a swim: fresh and seasonal dishes, snacks and much more.

Mobile devices
For data protection reasons, mobile devices are not permitted in the bathing and sauna area.
Under 10 years
Children under the age of 10 are only permitted to enter if accompanied by parents, legal guardians or a suitable accompanying adult.
Filming and photography
Filming and photography is only permitted in the entire spa with prior authorisation. It is prohibited in the sauna area.
Clothing
The bathing and sauna area as well as the catering area may not be entered in street clothes.
Barrier-free access
Wheelchair access to the bathroom possible.

Payment can be made in cash or by EC, VISA or MasterCard.
