The online tickets are only valid in the following pools: Weiherhofbad, Adolf-Ehrmann-Bad, Sonnenbad, Rheinstrandbad Rappenwört, Freibad Rüppurr, Turmbergbad. Not valid for the Europabad, Fächerbad or the Vierordtbad thermal baths.
Validity: day of purchase + 3 subsequent days. No cancellation or change of date possible.
Important: Only valid during regular opening hours and without sauna. Entry to the sauna can be booked on site.
The outdoor pools are currently closed.
Access with an online ticket through the turnstile is not possible with a handcart, pushchair, larger items of luggage, etc.
*In the Sonnenbad only possible from 01/05 to 30/09. Outside this period, please check in at the cash desk and pay the heating surcharge separately.

Questions about online tickets
Which tickets can I buy online?
Single tickets (adults and concessions), family tickets (1 - 2 adults with up to 3 children) and multiple tickets (11/25 tickets) for admission to the outdoor pool / district indoor pool are available in the web shop at shop.ka-baeder.de.
Please note the list and opening times of the respective pools where the online tickets can be used.
For special rates (e.g. free admission), please provide proof at the cash desk. Sauna admission is only available on site at the ticket office / ticket machine.
In which pools are the online tickets valid?
The online tickets are only valid in the following pools: Weiherhofbad, Adolf-Ehrmann-Bad, Sonnenbad, Rheinstrandbad Rappenwört, Freibad Rüppurr, Turmbergbad.
Not valid for the Europabad, Therme Vierordtbad and Fächerbad.
How long are the online tickets valid from the date of purchase?
The online ticket is valid on the day of purchase + 3 subsequent days.
Example: If I buy the ticket on a Tuesday, I can either use the ticket directly on Tuesday or redeem it by Friday at the latest.
