Post Südstadt Karlsruhe e.V. (PSK) runs various exercise classes at the Rüppurr outdoor pool on several days during regular opening hours:
- Fit4YOU from 10 am to 11 am: A dynamic fitness programme on the sunbathing lawn that combines strength, endurance and flexibility – ideal for an energetic start to the day.
- AquaFit from 11.15 am to 12.15 pm: Joint-friendly and effective aqua aerobics in the non-swimmers’ pool – perfect for anyone who prefers exercising in the water.
The classes will take place on the following days:
- Saturday, 18 July 2026
- Saturday, 15 August 2026
- Saturday, 12 September 2026
At the same time, from 10 am to 12 noon, the PSK is running a free children’s programme under the theme ‘Play, Fun & Exercise’
Participation and registration:
Participation costs 5 euros per session (plus the standard outdoor pool entry fee).
Places are limited – early registration is recommended.
Last-minute registrations on the day are only possible if places are still available.
